Title:            Relationship Manager

Based at:     Kampala                     C/o. HEAD OFFICE – PLOT M611, NTINDA ROAD, KAMPALA

  1. JOB PURPOSE & MAIN MISSIONS:
  • To build strong relationships with customers and business clients.
  • Seek out new business opportunities, advise clients on product/service solutions that meet their needs, and resolve any issues or complaints.
  • Provide a link between the Company and key clients to enhance their satisfaction and retention.

3.MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES DETAILS

  • Analyze and profile Client accounts based on performance, value and potential and generate periodic reports
  • Determine the crucial needs of key clients and ensure that they receive first-class customer care and service
  • Develop a strategy for managing key accounts and ensure its implementation
  • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and make necessary improvements for key accounts
  • Develop pricing structures for key clients
  • Resolve disputes and maintain client relationships to promote client retention
  • Conduct account reviews
  • Analyze and adapt new strategies to react to changing business trends
  • Conduct Client visits based on target prospects.
  • Prospect, recruit and retain customers to grow market share
  • Generate weekly sales reports and submit to management

Education

Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.

Experience

Preference 5years of related sales working experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding

Competences

Resourceful, flexible, able to handle competing priorities and able to fit into an international dynamic and multi-cultural environment

Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences

Excellent analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently or part of a team and to show initiative and innovation

Excellent computer skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally familiar with the use of CRM tools
