How we work

We take time to understand your organization because we know this is how we can align ourselves and deliver the intervention that you need. The relationship that we build is one of partnership based on trust, integrity and respect for each other. This guides every decision we make, every contribution and all interpersonal interactions. We are dedicated to meeting our clients’ needs and honouring the commitments that we have made to them. There are three general stages

1. Work analysis

This is the initial technical interaction with our client to help us appreciate the need as well as the context of operations.

2. Execution/ implementation

This is the step-by-step implementation of the intervention as agreed with the client, executed in close consultation with our client.

3. Reporting

This is comprehensive documentation of the process along with our recommendations

4. After-execution support

This is usually a 3-6 months period of support to the client to enable the entrenchment of the intervention.
